Conditions for Returns
At Atria Tallow & Co., your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are handcrafted, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, we can only accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seals intact.
Once a product has been opened or the safety seal has been broken, it is not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

your order number and reason for return.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment with 10 business days after receipt of the item and approval.
